The reality is that they have no control over any of that. The Nazis were using Auschwitz as a base for their military. We could have easily just bombed the compound and taken out lots of enemies, but we didn't. The price of the innocent lives that would have been sacrificed was just too high. You don't value life any more than Hamas does.
