We have nothing??? We have two or three Grand Juries going on, and a Special Prosecutor. Trump Corporation has been, in essence, put out of business. Trump is being questioned for bank and wire fraud, wherein he took the 5th over 400 times.
I'd charge the fat asshole with fraud for that $122 million he stole from his supporters and had to return, but Trump would just blame the guy who programmed his website for that one.
There's the Georgia election interference case which seems headed to charges, and the referral to the DOJ by the January 6th Committee for criminal charges against Trump, and the Stormy Daniels case is going ahead with prosecution.
