Breaking! Congress To Step In And Give Immunities to Immunize President Trump From Jack Smith ( 18 U.S. Code § 6002 – 3)

What witnesses? Give me their names. Now you're making shit up. You aren't Mike Pence so why do you speak for him.

You refuse to read any excerpt from the testimony huh? They cite the witness by name in the second sentence.

Literally, the second sentence of the article titled "Witnesses: Trump called Pence a ‘wimp’ during phone call before riot"

But I'm making it up that Trump called Pence, huh?

You're letting butthurt degrade your arguments.

Its a very easy lift....especially when Trump's personal pitch to Mike Pence was about the very fraudulent electors that are now indicted for forgery and conspiracy. The indictment goes into emasculate detail on this topic, with each of the co-conspirators parts in the fraud, including Trump's.

That establishes, at the very least, involvement in the conspiracy. Which is all Smith needs for the conspiracy and obstruction charges.

Don't mistake speech for actions.

.

If Trump pressured Pence about the fraudulent electors, then Trump is an active participant in the fraudulent elector conspiracy. And the indictment cites no less 4 phone calls and an in-person meeting where Trump did exactly that.

Its a light, light lift for Smith.

You know I'm no longer arguing with this madness. Just bookmarking for future reference. Let's see how light that lift is on appeal. If Trump even gets them; if the deep state doesn't take him all the way out before then.

This is why the founding fathers gave separation of powers. It's time to put this fanatical abuse of Lawfare against Trump by Jack Smith.

From a commenter on another forum:

[It immunizes him from anything that he might say under oath to the congress. If he says that the election was stolen in that testimony then he is immune from any prosecutions related to that statement. Jack Smith is currently charging Trump based upon him saying that the election was stolen. See how that might work now. All that has to be done is to be asked questions that somehow relate to any of the charges and the charges go away as long as he has immunity when he says them.]

Lol 😂😂😂 it's Gateway Pundit again.

The plot to organize an interstate conspiracy to create forged and fraudulent election document was definitely madness.

The text messages between the co-conspirators listed in the indictment make it pretty clear that even they weren't comfortable with what Trump was pushing.

They gave separation of powers so former Presidents can't be accused of crimes?

I thought the Republicans wanted people to be responsible for their own actions. Apparently not.

Tis a bold tactic, have him admit to all his crimes while under oath to avoid prosecution.

Seems a bit desperate to me, but bold none the less.

The sad thing is that the monkey see, monkey do Democrats never get tired of wasting our money and time bringing new, bogus charges. That's what happens when you have nothing to offer the American worker and middle class. If our MSM wasn't so biased, this could never happen. But they are. MAGA
