Brave New World

In this article planned parenthood wants to hand out pamphlets to kids as young as ten to talk about sexual pleasure and they called it a human right. Now I'm not trying to sound like and old stick in the mud but doesn't this sound like Brave New World where all the young human hatchlings are taught to have sex at a very early age?
