"Dramatic new video shows a straphanger taking matters into his own hands, pinning down an unhinged man in a deadly incident at a Manhattan subway station this week. The 24-year-old passenger stepped in after the vagrant, identified by sources as Jordan Neely, 30, began going on an aggressive rant on a northbound F train Monday afternoon, according to police and a witness who took the video. He started screaming in an aggressive manner,” freelance journalist Juan Alberto Vazquez told The Post. “He said he had no food, he had no drink, that he was tired and doesn’t care if he goes to jail. He started screaming all these things, took off his jacket, a black jacket that he had, and threw it on the ground.”

That’s when he said the straphanger came up behind Neely and took him to the ground in a chokehold — keeping him there for some 15 minutes, Vazquez said. The approximately three-minute-and-a-half-long video shot by Vazquez shows the subway rider lying on the floor of the train with his arm wrapped around the man’s neck. Neely — who was living on the streets and had a history of mental health issues — lost consciousness after being put in the chokehold, and EMS workers at the station were unable to revive him, police and law enforcement sources said. The straphanger — who sources said is a Marine veteran — was taken into custody and later released without charges."

Thank God this guy was on this train and stepped up to protect other passengers; he quite literally saved dozens of lives by taking about this homeless thug. Hopefully, he inspires others to do the same; because that is how this filth should be dealt with; we can't always rely on the cops to do the job for us, we have to do it ourselves...and as you see, he was released without charges, which makes it pretty clear that it is a lawful act to fight back against these vagrant scumbags. You all have seen it, you have seen these homeless people walking around, talking to themselves, acting erratically, basically posing a threat to everyone around them...and what did we do? We did nothing.....now is the time to do something about it.....thanks to this guy for showing us the way.

Countdown to when BLM will start burning down the city.

Just violently murder some random stranger on camera in the subway and you're released the next fucking day in NYC.

Then they wonder why violent crime is skyrocketing.

Kudos to that hero.

All subway cars in every American city need Marines to make sure that hoodlums stay in their place.

I've never heard anyone referred to as a "straphanger" before. I imagine since another rare instance of a white person involved in the death of a black person the media will be going crazy with this story for a while, and he might end up getting a manslaughter charge in the end.

They only press charges against the police.

I thought NYC was already owned by BLM....

Isn't the Mayor and DA the most anti-white racist public officials in US history?

Or do you not think your bullshit out that far?

He should get a medal and a key to the city.....this is what so many of us want to see done to homeless vagrants anyway

Thank God for brave men like this. The citizens of New York have been prey for violent criminals for years. They've been beaten, shoved into oncoming trains and stabbed. Perhaps this kind of heroism will inspire others.

Most people have had enough of violent crime and being victims, especially those in crowded cities, and want to fight back. It's hard to blame them, although this particular incident was not warranted, in my opinion.

Too bad somebody didn't put a choke hold on that illegal alien, who was deported five times, before he murdered five people including a 9 year old.
Not only him...but the people he killed were filthy illegals too......but because they got killed, we are supposed to pretend to care about them......but they were still filthy illegals

If he had no food or drink, how could he afford a subway ticket?

Are there no drinking fountains in the city?
