All, I'm telling you is you have to have actual charges with actual criminal penalties, which (when I do research) I find in "Find Law", as Cornell data retrieval, is pretty easy to use.

So, Joe blanket pardoned all the big dogs, now you want to settle for some buck Sergeant to get your nuts off, and still don't know a valid charge, but are about to cream your jeans in anticipation, thinking about it. Vindman is a blowhard bullshitter, but I don't think he told any significant "lies" during his impeachment testimony on TV.

Vindman's job at the WH was being an "advisor" to President Trump. But Trump knew to keep this doofus out of the loop and would never ask his advice. His testimony was just his personal speculation about what he thought Trump was thinking.

But he was also in cahoots with Fiona Hill, Victoria Nuland, and other Ukraine grifters, running foreign policy behind the back of the CiC.

At the very least, he's grossly insubordinate.

Again, we don't need convictions, as much as UNPARDONED individuals to spill the proverbial beans to avoid prosecution.

As a political party......meaning us......at this point in time it makes no difference who/whom we can convict, but rather by use of facts from the mouths of people who helped pull it off......to going forward, icing out many LEFTIST individuals on high from ever being able to run for anything, nationally again!

You use a little elbow grease and do that, and this will be not only the golden age of America, but the golden age of the GOP! It took the GOP almost 8 years to recover from Nixon's antics. Imagine forcing the Leftist Democrats into the political wilderness for 8 years, and what that would mean! And the only reason the GOP escaped was the incompetence of Jimmy Carter.

Understand that when Carter was elected, the Democrats had almost a veto majority in the House thanks to Nixon's antics. They could do WHATEVER they wanted! And here is the point of interest for you CONSERVATIVES---------->Nixon was NEVER convicted of anything.....ever! Ford pardoned him. Does this sound almost vaguely familiar; not exact, but rather almost a mirror-)

Of course Leftists are going to say.....no, no, no.........but it really is....yes, yes, YES! And if I was the current administration, I would start dropping hints showing how similar Joe and Nixon's actions are, and remind people that NIXON was one man. This time, it is a group; a very large group, and most....if not all of them, are LEFTIST, DEMOCRATS-)

No!

Haul them in, charge them, and make them present the pardon for adjudication in their defense.

Nixon would have needed to do that in the event he was charged, so the precedent isn't yet set.
