Introduction
Last Prophet's words before the referendum and updated or rather illustrated with transcriptions from a "news" article published the day after the "results".
These replaced the script line "just enough to win" with 55.7% and include another number: 99.81% for "yes".
This again illustrates what this article is about, "Black is White": having the bosnian serb audience digest the first shock of "just enough to win" by serving it together with a number that stands for the OPPOSITE.
Bosnian Serbs: referendum on national holiday: THEATER for BLACK is WHITE
As almost all illuminati theater: the cast consists only of treasonous nazi agents. Two examples:
1. fake "Putin" who, May 2014, one month after the start of the armed revolt in Novorussia, called for a stop to the independence referendum. Now in only a secondary role he plays "supporter of the Bosnia referendum".
2. "nationalist" Dodik, in the leading role destroying the Republic Sprska from within. as "President of the Bosnian Serb region of Republic of Srpska".
Dodik's main suicide bomber missions include:
- securing the "return" (real or not) to Republic Sprska of non-serbs, coming from the rest of Bosnia. In other words: from where more than one million serbs were expelled in 1992-93 to never be allowed to return.
- robbing bosnian serbs, transfering assets to illuminati safes, same as all illuminati puppets playing "presidents".
In this case there is a particularly important extra agenda: to pass the message "no economic base for an independent Republic of Srpska".

"Victory of nationalists in the referendum" turns into
- "Bosnian Serb authorities change their law on holidays in line with the constitutional court's ruling"
- serbs humiliated and convinced that "resistence is futile": "referendum organizers investigated, charged"
- serbs convinced that "there are no chances for independence". This is done by faking the results, lowering the percentage of those who voted to "just enough to win": "turnout was 55.7 percent".
Note how Dodik passes the shock "result": "... and I have to say - shame on all Serbs who did not show up at the referendum today".
- "election in Republic of Srpska next week gives victory to Dodik", thus silencing dissent of patriots, ensuring that this nazi agent continues his treasonous mission.

Bosnia's state prosecutor has opened an investigation into a Bosnian Serb referendum that was held in violation of the constitution, he said Monday.
A statement from Chief Prosecutor Goran Salihovic said the case will be treated as a "priority," and certain people will be called for questioning.
Referendum organizers said that preliminary results showed 99.81 percent of voters in Republika Srpska were in favor of the holiday and that turnout was 55.7 percent.
Non-Serbs living in Republika Srpska mostly boycotted the vote.
During the 1992-95 war — which killed 100,000 people and turned half of the country's population into refugees — Bosniaks and Croats were persecuted and almost completely expelled from Republika Srpska's territory.
The region didn't gain independence after the war, but ended up as an autonomous part of Bosnia.
Bosniaks and Croats who returned there view the holiday as a celebration of their expulsion while Republika Srpska marks the day with religious ceremonies, hinting the region is still meant just for Serbs.
Although facing charges as the initiator of the vote, Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik celebrated the result with thousands of people, fireworks and Serb flags late Sunday in Pale, the wartime capital of Republika Srpska.
"I'm so proud ... of all those who voted today, and I have to say - shame on all Serbs who did not show up at the referendum today," he said at the gathering, hinting he expected a higher turnout.
Opposition parties in Republika Srpska claim Dodik scheduled the vote a week before a local election to divert campaign topics from corruption and poverty to nationalism.
"Obviously this was a pre-election gathering," that costed tax payers 750,000 euros ($840,000) and only served the interests of Dodik's party, Bosnia's foreign minister said of the referendum.
Bosnian Serb authorities said they plan to change their law on holidays in line with the constitutional court's ruling, most likely so that the holiday stays but those who don't want to celebrate don't have to.
Even if this solves the dispute over the holiday, the referendum itself defies the constitutional court's ban and violations of the constitution can be punished with a jail term of between six months and five years.
