Don't think so. I believe Massachusetts judges are appointed by the Governor.

Okay so it is one state where the people have to use their representatives and senators to get rid of a bad judge. They can still be removed and if the legislators refuse to do that the people can remove them and get ones that will get judges that are not bias against Christians.
