Why do we have millions of dollars of wall construction material sitting on the ground rotting away?

Second question. Somebody sold a bill of goods that included call illegal aliens correctly illegal aliens, was wrong, and mean and was not good for the thought for their plan to give people that had lived here illegally since Reagan was in office a path to become citizens.
Third Question. It was a expensive stupid plan, more effective a rallying the base and rewarding favored contractors and suppliers, than solving the problem, as all walls can and are climbed at will unless you are talking about prison walls, with guns in towers and search lights. Even the Soviets finally gave up on the wall.
Fourth question. I don't think most do. Some do, possibly because the flood will sooner or later force a better system for dealing with the illegal alien problem that has been around at least since Ronald Reagan first extended amnesty to illegals that had entered country before 1982, but failed to effect the border, but provided no path to citizenship for them and failed to crack down on American employers using illegal alien labor as promised when he signed it and started the thing of just kicking the can down the road, administration after administration.

Trust me Doc, we would like them (if they come at all) to immigrate by going to normal established legal channels. Many of them just don't.
Second question about why some people consider it wrong to call illegal aliens, illegal aliens? My anwser was "Somebody sold a bill of goods that included call illegal aliens correctly illegal aliens, was wrong". Don't be goofy. Of course somebody sold a bill of goods. If an alien from a foreign country comes here illegally, they are by definition an illegal alien. It doesn't change their status because somebody made up a trendy new kinder, gentler term for illegal aliens and sold the government on it.
