Kilmar came to the US at the age of 4, which is a little young to have joined a gang in El Salvador.

And he is not an "illegal alien" since his wife and children are US citizens, allowing him to have sponsors for citizenship.

Kilmar has not even been accused of any crime, much less convicted.

You can't legally deport anyone who have US citizen wife and children, and has applied for citizenship like Kilmar has.

Due process requires a judicial hearing for each step.
The only judicial hearings Kilmar had was in 2019 when the judge issued a protection order.
