He was interveiwed on our national news this week. Hes doing some shows in London, hes 80.
Anyway he told the story of how he wrote Green Onions as a homework exercise when he was 14. I would love to see the look on that teachers face when he opened up the homework.

Fantastic Booker T&the MGs, i always loved the Hammond and that guy could use it, i play Keyboard in a amateur way but i get pleasure from it, i have been looking for one with good organ voices and think i have settled on the one in the video Yamaha SX 700 it has virtual drawbars so you can customize the sounds, anyway i am going off topic.

I remember Sting dancing to it in Quadrophenia. Cool as anything. No clips of it anywhere.

I heard a different story about how the song came about. Either way, it's a cool song.
