Boiling live crab and lobster is to be banned in Britain as part of an animal rights crackdown by Labour.

In its long-awaited animal welfare strategy published on Friday, the Government said “live boiling is not an acceptable killing method” and pledged to publish guidance on approved practices.

Yeah, I'm sure someone is gonna pony-up what they want these days for a dead lobster or bushel of dead crabs.

OK, so which US state will be the first to follow the UK's lead, CA or NY?

On the bright side they are getting shed of puppy mills too.
