I'm thinking if it boils down to Cuomo vs Sliwa, Cuomo will back out of any live debates with Sliwa to avoid being made to look like the clown Cuomo is.

Cuomo knows how to campaign, says the right things, has union support, but once in office makes every wrong decision possible. This includes congestion pricing, closing Indian Point nuclear plant, appointing that moron Hochul who is now Gov and the nursing home deaths.
