I'm fine with them being arrested, confined for public safety, receive due process.

If they are criminals, then have a trial, convict them and SEND THEM THEM to prison. Only deport them AFTER they have served their senteance after receiving Due Process.

And the Judge in this case has not stopped the arrest, detainment, and deportation under other sections of the United States Code. The judge simple ordered that Trumps action violate the law he claimed.

Actually no, I think that the DOJ is now saying that district judges don't have standing per the Act, so a higher court would need to rule.

Actually no, I think that the DOJ is now saying that district judges don't have standing per the Act, so a higher court would need to rule.

And they are welcome to appeal the TRO, but it remains in place pending appeal.

There was a hearing just yesterday for the Appeals court on whether the TRO will stay in place pending a full hearing on the merits.

So a higher court should be issuing their decision today, or at the latest Friday.
