But early treatment of Covid has shown promise, promise the blue states seem to be fighting.

Why?

A volunteer ambulance service in the northwest Baltimore area said that "the number of requests for monoclonal antibodies … has skyrocketed" and that "the majority of patients who have come for monoclonal antibody infusions have been fully vaccinated" (emphasis added).

But there are other treatments, such as steroid inhalors and yes, hydroxychloroquine that Trump suggested, causing the entire medical establishment to shun it, even though it is being used in Europe by their medical establishment to treat Covid where they have no such political reasons to not use it.

If everyone in Israel has been vaccinated, it's only logical that most people in hospital have been vaccinated. But how many people are there in hospital? Figures as of yesterday: 7400 new cases yesterday. 87,000 active cases total, 32 deaths, 662 serious cases, deaths per million of population 698.

Without vaccination, you have 9 million active cases, 25,000 critical cases and 2000 people dying every day. Deaths per million of population are 2047 - nearly triple that of Israel, despite the much higher density of population in Israel over a much smaller geographic area.

With a population the size of the state of New York, in a similar sized geographic area, New York had 55,000 deaths, Israel 7400. New York currently has 248,000 active cases, and 32 deaths yesterday.

Spain has one of the highest death rates in the world right now - 155 people died yesterday. Hardly a response that should be emulated. The have the most disease and death in Europe right now.
