When you debate someone who steadfastly maintains that trespassing occurs ONLY After you have been given notice and that until such notice is delivered then it’s Ok to be or go wherever you want; then you are dealing with a mental and/or emotional defective and that’s not nice

Who the fuck? would protest a voter ID? Its not voter suppression, its learning to exercise the responsibilities of a Citizen of the United States of America. One would THINK.... if they were a proud citizen of any nation... they would do what they could as an educated individual to take their part... and teach their kids to do the same.

But here? why does one party simply say their constituents are too weak or ignorant to get an ID and register to vote? They can mobilize to protest... but they can't mobilize for 4 fucking years to help people sign up for their ID cards? in anticipation of an upcoming election?
4 years is a long time dear Democrats. Please stop lying your ass off.
Folks that are better off won't have a problem, because they have a home computer and a printer/scanner that they can easily make a copy of their driver's licence to send in for an absentee ballot, or they have a white collar job in an office, that has a copy machine they could use for free to make the two copies they will need....

And poorer and older folks don't necessarily have the same resources as easily accessible..... is the only thing I could think of...???

So who buys their stamps, or requests the ballot applications for them? They can't get a copy made or take them to get a free ID? Excuses are plentiful, reasons are very rare.

.
We've gone 160 years without needing one.

What fraud has occurred that makes all republicans want to require this NOW?

Please, we are on to you!!!

We KNOW this has nothing at all to do with any kind of election fraud.

The republican goal, is to make it harder, for poor citizens to vote, because they believe they are mostly Democratic, black voters that this likely would add a hurdle to.....

We are on to you all!! And please stop with these conjured up FAKE reasons, for why this is needed to prevent some kind of voter fraud that is prevalent!

Thought y'all were scared to wear a mask because BIG GOVT was using it to control you?

And here you are, begging for big gvt to have every one have an Id with pertinent info that they can track you with, in a data base on you, even the people who don't drive...??

What the heck???

Instead of trying so hard to prevent poorer people from voting, so you can win an election.... Why doesn't your party do things or have policies that earn them more voters instead of always going the voter suppression route?

Seriously!
Wait so dumb negros are to stupid to get an ID and now to stupid to vote?
Your problem is because they DID VOTE in Georgia, and your Repubican team lost because these citizens did vote, so now Republicans have to find a way to make it harder for these citizens to vote, because you don't want them voting or don't want their votes to count.
Yeah, they voted, a dozen times!

At this point why do you permit about two dozen factually false statements from the Fawn. I mean this is rubber room perfect and not meritorious of actual discussion but rather just make pretend?

Trespassing requires no affirmative statement nor warning that you are doing it. By commiting it, you are trespassing. It’s the action and not the notification thereof.

Again, not according to Georgia law. You don't get to make up your own laws.

Unless your intent is to commit a crime, you're guilty of trespassing after you receive notice from the proper authority before you enter that you're not allowed...
Enters upon the land or premises of another person or into any part of any vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person after receiving, prior to such entry, notice from the owner, rightful occupant, or, upon proper identification, an authorized representative of the owner or rightful occupant that such entry is forbidden; or

Your problem is because they DID VOTE in Georgia, and your Repubican team lost because these citizens did vote, so now Republicans have to find a way to make it harder for these citizens to vote, because you don't want them voting or don't want their votes to count.
Democrats changed voting rules at the last minute without legislation, and yes a weak Republican governor also gave in... but that doesnt make it right.
I want fairness for all, I want everyone to get a chance to vote... and they do. You have 4 years starting from right now to go down and get an ID... is that hard?
What we don't need are political parties changing voting rules by loosening standards right before an election.
That action INVITES, doubt, suspicion, mistrust of motives and moves us farther from transparency, NOT closer.

If the rule changes were made by state legislatures as the U.S. constitution mandates.. we could have eliminated this controversy.

Are we a nation of laws or are we not? yes or no?

Crickets from the media as trespassers storm the Georgia Capital in protests at VOTER I.D.!!!
Kid gloves from the cops too.
Why is there one law for BLM and another for ordinary taxpayers.
They should have submitted their petition for redress of grievances. There is a difference between protesting to seek redress of grievances and storming a capitol to try to interfere with the (due) process of Government.

The protest in Washington was about simply demanding an election audit.
It was not an insurrection. It was a Pro -Democracy protest.

When you debate someone who steadfastly maintains that trespassing occurs ONLY After you have been given notice and that until such notice is delivered then it’s Ok to be or go wherever you want; then you are dealing with a mental and/or emotional defective and that’s not nice
LOL

Dumbshit, I posted the Georgia law on trespassing which states what I said. Did you not read it or did you not understand it?
Here is the GA statute, Dumbass.

You are guilty of trespassing way before you refuse to leave the premesis.

You lose again, Moron.

(a) A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she intentionally damages any property of another without consent of that other person and the damage thereto is $500.00 or less or knowingly and maliciously interferes with the possession or use of the property of another person without consent of that person.
(b) A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she knowingly and without authority:
(1) Enters upon the land or premises of another person or into any part of any vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person for an unlawful purpose;
(2) Enters upon the land or premises of another person or into any part of any vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person after receiving, prior to such entry, notice from the owner, rightful occupant, or, upon proper identification, an authorized representative of the owner or rightful occupant that such entry is forbidden; or
(3) Remains upon the land or premises of another person or within the vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person after receiving notice from the owner, rightful occupant, or, upon proper identification, an authorized representative of the owner or rightful occupant to depart.
(c) For the purposes of subsection (b) of this Code section, permission to enter or invitation to enter given by a minor who is or is not present on or in the property of the minor's parent or guardian is not sufficient to allow lawful entry of another person upon the land, premises, vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft owned or rightfully occupied by such minor's parent or guardian if such parent or guardian has previously given notice that such entry is forbidden or notice to depart.
(d) A person who commits the offense of criminal trespass shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(e) A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she intentionally defaces, mutilates, or defiles any grave marker, monument, or memorial to one or more deceased persons who served in the military service of this state, the United States of America or any of the states thereof, or the Confederate States of America or any of the states thereof, or a monument, plaque, marker, or memorial which is dedicated to, honors, or recounts the military service of any past or present military personnel of this state, the United States of America or any of the states thereof, or the Confederate States of America or any of the states thereof if such grave marker, monument, memorial, plaque, or marker is privately owned or located on land which is privately owned.

LOL

You're such a dumbfuck.

Unless you're intent is to commit a crime, you're guilty of trespassing after you receive notice from the proper authority before you enter that you're not allowed...

Or you're guilty of trespassing after you receive notice from the proper authority after you enter that you're not allowed, but you refuse to leave...

Remains upon the land or premises of another person or within the vehicle, railroad car, aircraft, or watercraft of another person after receiving notice from the owner, rightful occupant, or, upon proper identification, an authorized representative of the owner or rightful occupant to depart.
Hey Dumbass, you ignore the first several ways of being guilty of trespassing.

That's why you edited out most of the statute.

You lose again, Fuckwit.  :itsok:
I included the relevant section.
To try to cover your lies.

The statute doesn’t require one to refuse to leave once asked, Stupid.

You edited out the part that proves you are a liar, liar.

You lose again. :itsok:

Trespassing requires no affirmative statement nor warning that you are doing it. By commiting it, you are trespassing. It’s the action and not the notification thereof.
Not in Georgia according to their law, as I highlighted. Do you still not understand it?? :ack-1:
Yes, in Georgia. There is a reason you edit out most of the statute......cuz it proves you are a liar.
