Why do you allow yourself to be frisked and xrayed when boarding a plane? isnt it because of public safety? and not every person is frisked there as well. There is some judgement involved.
rational people will agree that preventing a plane from exploding because a terrorist brought a bomb on board by a moments inconvenience... is worth those lives. No one is coming into your home or taxing you.. or taking anything away from you... simply making you pass through an xray machine.

On the other hand... Liberals dont seem to be rational enough to realize that when a large enough segment of the population is walking around with concealed weapons and ARE using them enough to cause DAILY mayhem, death and fear on a population. Then it becomes the case where the rights of every day innocent people are being violated.
So it comes down to whos rights do you see as more important. The rights of someone who doesnt want to be robbed and murdered? or the rights of someone who wants to commit a crime? or the rights of someone who is more concerned about their personal convenience over the next person who is going to get murdered or robbed?
If crime in these areas was not so bad... that it is an emergency situation.. which it IS.. then stop and frisk wouldnt be necessary. It can be applied on a temporary basis as needed.
