The Mayor of New Orleans has stuck the taxpayers with $45,000 in airfares (and who knows how much for other expenses) for two boondoggle trips, flying First Class. Her explanation is that anyone who doesn't know how unsafe it is for a Woman of Color to fly in Coach is simply stupid.
Yeah. That's reasonable.
