Stumbled across this one, and actually this is spot on. The point of it is not that white men or people are better than anyone else but, its just more eveidence that not everyone's journey is the same and a perfect example of how the DEI movement was looking at things backwards and inside out. More eveidence that character counts and not outward appearance.

I have a black female friend who says she can't stand arrogant men...but she also added "especially arrogant BLACK men". I told her it's very common for people to have more of a beef with their own people than with those of other persuasions. My life is also exemplary. I have got into more altercations with other German-Americans than any other type of person. Same thing in my hometown where I no longer live. There was a huge Mexican neighborhood there but their violence always seemed to be directed at each other more than any other group.

I never worked FOR blacks, because in Louisiana, the only high blacks are the ones smoking dope, but I worked with them. I used to manage a fleet of service trucks. I had 13 drivers, 12 white, one black. Guess which one I got more calls on, THAN THE OTHER 12 COMBINED, for poor service, missing service calls, etc? Yep, the one black. He was dumber than the truck he drove, and a terrible employee. I had to dedicate 3 times more time and effort to watching HIM to make sure he did his job than the other 12 drivers put together.

But then again, working at the airport, the only black guy I had working under me I had to tell to take a break one time because all the service call outs were for what he did, and not me and I told him this is bullshit, I'm not out here to watch you work. I told him let's flip jobs for a couple of hours so you can go take a break.

Come to find out, that dude later won a 800,000 dollar lawsuit for discrimination against a Dallas airport that did him wrong. I was glad that he won. That was the hardest working dude I ever saw. I had to call him into the office to tell him we're going to split the work. Everyone fought to work under me. All the other managers would gladly sit in the AC and watch the others work out on the hot ramp. Not me, I was right out in the middle with everyone else. I let them do their jobs without me bothering them. If they had a question, I was a walkie-talkie call away.

I didn't get paid much to do that job, but I sure enjoyed it. My boss was cool as hell, but unfortunately, a poor businessman. The business eventually went under Dec 31, 2007. That was the job where I met Brian Williams (NBC) and Vince and Stephanie McMahon on the same night, about 5 minutes apart. One was there to report on Hurricane Lili, the other was getting into his jet to get it out of the area where the hurricane was about to hit.

IM2, are you paying attention? ;)

This morning I stopped at the usual convenience store to grab my egg sandwich since I work the morning shift on weekends. Sometimes they don't have the sandwiches but today they did. So there is one worker behind the counter whereas usually there is about four. The one guy is counting money from the register. He said he couldn't check me out because he was counting money, and I should use one of the self serve lines. None of them was open! So then he tells me haughtily that it would be at least 15 minutes before I could check out. I glared at him and put the sandwich back in the warming table and walked out without a word, and went to Mickey D's since I had no time for that bullshit. That was the first time I EVER experienced that poor level of service in there and it was no surprise he was of the "type" that he was.

To be fair, last month we had two guys deliver and install a new washing machine in our house. They were both black and both did a stellar and speedy job and were very polite and chill and pleasant to talk to. But it DOES seem that whenever some new "rock bottom" situation happens one of them is involved. Particularly when you're on line in a busy store and someone has some issue that holds up the line. 9/10 times it's one of them.

I've also never seen a white make a scene in a store when they don't get what they want. But I've seen NUMEROUS blacks do this. They think the louder and more obnoxious they are, the more correct they are.

To be fair I DO see whites do it too. There are assholes in all colors. But I definitely see black people do it more. Recently in a Walmart I saw a black man AND woman, both about 20yrs younger than me (I'm 54) riding in the electric scooters provided by Walmart while they shopped and neither looked the slightest bit handicapped. Just minutes later there were three black women getting stopped at the security scanner at the door because they had two cartloads of stuff that hadn't been paid for. One was saying, "Aww, well can't I just pay for it now and we forget it??" 😆 Minutes later out in the parking lot there was another small troop of black females ranging from young girls to maybe 40-something. They were all yelling about something, making a scene. This was NOT a black neighborhood either. It was neutral ground. But THEY were all the ones making scenes and taking advantage and outright stealing.

Really, then why does Trump and the MAGATS continuously use looks as a prequalifier for admission into the top tier of the club?

Whites like you need to shut up about DEI because you don't know what it is. So stop trying to use small numbers of non whites as an excuse to justify a return to Jim Crow. If character counted whites wouldn't still be overrepresented in nearly every occupation.

I worked at a Kroger store in high school. We had a bad shoplifting problem (white neighborhood, no minorities at all). The store had an 'overhead' room where the whole store could be watched. An agency was hired to spot shoplifters that were then apprehended before they left the store. However, so many caused a scene about it (one well-dressed woman actually broke down crying and pee'd herself) that the program was abandoned. The store manager said, "Let 'em have the stuff." It wasn't worth the scene that the shoplifters made about it. However, it helped as shoplifting did decrease after that.

As a side note, I was yucking it up with a group of college students when the subject turned to shoplifting. One of the guys bragged that he stole a carton of cigarettes from my store nearly every week. I told him that I worked there and if I saw him in the store I would make sure he didn't steal anything. He shrugged it off and said that he'd just steal them from the A&P store a few blocks away.

I saw a white guy raise hell in a McD's once over not getting his food right away. The place was crowded and the employees were doing the best they could. It was really embarrassing.

As I was reading this, I was going to mention my father. Then your last sentence made me CERTAIN I would mention him.

While in college, he got a job working A&P. They had a window up top like you did in Kroger where they could see the entire store. He caught a black guy stealing one time and chased them into the parking lot. The guy turned around and threw a bottle of liquor at my dad. He ducked and the guy kept running.

They had shoplifting issues at the A&P, mostly from poor blacks. This was in 1968. Not much has changed.

Trump has nothing to do with any of these people’s experiences IN THIS video. So I don’t even know what the **** you’re talking about.

Haven't you figured out moonpuss yet? The only thing he can reply to ANYTHING is "Trump." That's it.

Best to have good looking employees and associates if your business is meeting the public. I worked in a grocery store in high school and what struck me was that all the employees were good looking, almost like from 'central casting'. I'm sure it was deliberate on the part of the management.

Whites are over represented because there are more white people.
No one is talking about Jim Crow, you may have really lost your mind. And the take away for you in this video is where the narrator made a salient point. People who blame all white society for their problems and think it is a systemic problem .. suffer from a “you” problem, not a they and everyone else problem. You can take notes here.

There is a large supermarket that serves the largest black neighborhood in my city. It is on the third ownership/franchise, having twice gone out of business due to the level of shoplifting.

I guess that depends on what you view as "overrepresentation." The biggest lie that the West believes in is equality.

Groups are not equal, and individuals are not equal. This doesn't mean one group is superior to another or that one person is superior to another. It just means we're different.

What determines success in a field is a combination of various factors. Some of them are things we can control, and some are not. On the individual level, your success is primarily limited by your strengths and weaknesses. Not everyone can be a doctor. Not everyone can be a pro athlete. If you're hoping to see every occupation have an even distribution of racial representation in it, you're aiming for an impossibility. If you're hoping to see every occupation have a racial distribution that mirrors the racial percentages of the population, that's also an impossibility.

The reason for this is that not all people and not all groups are equally capable at all things. Hence, equality is a lie.

The "system" can only be blamed for a limited number of things. The left's problem is that they believe everything is determined by the system.
