It depends on where you go. If you go to a low-end retail store like value village, yea, you will see a lot of trashy people, and of course a lot of trashy white people. But at the higher-end, big-spender places, the people who shop there tend to be white and less criminal.
 
Maybe it's because they don't want to have to look at dark, ugly faces? If I were an employer, I would only want to hire white people, too. Why would I want to have to look at an ugly darkie who is likely incompetent as well?

On topic: I am a minority myself, and I would also only want to work for white people. There are a lot of racial minorities where I live, and I have worked for both white and ethnic bosses. My experience is that white people simply treat their employees better. They are more sympathetic, kinder, and they have a human touch. In fact, the shittiest treatments I have received were actually at the hands of the so-called my people.

I am telling you and the rest of those like you, from now on if you decide to use video from 1-2 blacks to try arguing in support of racist policies, I am going to begin posting vides of 1-2 whites then argue about how those 1-2 whites show how all whites are racists. Seems that whites such as yourself and every other right wing white here seem to think that you can use 1-2 black people and they either validate your opinion or the blacks you select speak for every black person in America. First of all you got it wrong. Read my post , I specifically made it clear that the participants in the video do not represent everyone. I said this is evidence that everyone’s journey is not the same.
That’s a big difference from what you say. While all four of the black people in the video do not represent all black people thier experiences are real.

If a business owner or if you want to argue that Trump does this, actually it is their perogative to hire people that they consider "looking good" anyone has the right to hire for whatever they think is going to work for their business model.

But this is not the same as the DEI movement. Why? because no one is being compelled to hire against their will or at threat of some lawsuit. If it doesnt work out for their business model than its BAD on them, if it works out then GOOD on them.
For the record, I think diversity can be a good thing... but whats really a better thing is people who get along and respect each other and have either the skills to do the job or the drive to learn and work with others. that is more important. You can find that in a diverse environment or a homogenous environment.... but what usually doesnt work as we have seen is people put into positions where they are over their head and selected because their identity checks a box.

Furthermore, I don't think the government should have the power to compel businesses or private organizations to hire anybody against their will. If people want to discriminate, it really is none of the government's business.

You don't get to commit mre crime because you have more people. That's a poor excuse. Explain why white billionaires steal from people. Whites commit the most white collar crime and that does far more damage than hplifting.
There is a difference. Black crime in a majority white country hurts the black community more than white crime hurts the white community. All crime is bad for everyone but those who can least afford the effects should rein it in.
