Apparently you do need it and apparently you didn't follow the case close enough.
Followed it to a T, you are the Johnny come lately.
What blood on the window? Because you lost the argument now you want to try and throw in new bullshit?
It is obvious you don't have a damn clue about the case.
Police Chief Chuck Jordan says Crutcher was unarmed and described
video of the shooting as "disturbing and very difficult to watch."
TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) – A source within the Tulsa Police Department close to the investigation into the police shooting of Terence Crutcher is disputing claims by the family’s attorneys that Crutcher’s SUV window was up when he was shot.
On Tuesday,
attorney Benjamin Crump said his team had video provided by TPD enhanced and reviewed frame by frame, which he says shows Crutcher’s window up and covered with blood when the 40-year-old was shot by Officer Betty Shelby last Friday.
Explain to me Ray how a man with his hands in the air with his back to you a threat to you. Was he going to fart at her?
Show me where on the video he reached into the car. Also there was NO WEAPON found in the car.
Having an opinion is different than me saying what a cop is supposed to do.
Your opinion is always for the cops except in this case in Ohio.
I don't know what their training taught them. I've never been to the Ohio State Patrol police academy. All I really know is that it's their training is different which is why they only use that one academy.
Oh now their training has taught them when a man picks up a gun and disobeys commands the right thing to do is nothing.
If he reached for his gun they had the right to shoot him.
Why are you saying IF when you know he grabbed the gun.
There is no law against freedom of speech in our state or any other. Again, our law reads A legally armed citizen is allowed to use deadly force if they believe that they (or others) are in jeopardy of serious bodily harm or death. Nothing in the law permits anybody to use deadly force over words.
So you are telling me it is completely legal to tell a LE Officer that you will shot him. Last I checked it is illegal to threaten a police officer.
Then find me one case where I stuck up for the suspect of any race over the police officer.
You don't when the perp or victim is black, but you have done a great job making excuses for this white boy.
I'm not sticking up for this guy either. He broke several laws. First off if he wasn't licensed, he was breaking the law by having a loaded firearm within reach. In our state the ammo has to be separate from the weapon during transport. If he did have a license (which I doubt) he still broke the law because you must keep your hands on the sterring wheel until advised differently by the police officer(s). You must follow all instructions in regards to the weapon by the officers. Besides the charges, if he did have a CCW, he lost it for life.
Now that you have been caught in the lies you are changing your tune. Not only did he threaten the police officers on numerous occasions he disobeyed all their commands and drove off.
