Biden had a lower unemployment rate for blacks than trump did until recently. The reality here is that black unemployment fell most under Obama.

Trump inherited the dropping black unemployment.

The last couple of years funds earmarked for inner city neighborhoods were diverted to illegals in many sanctuary cities. There are financial limits. Even in the United States.
