So it's not cut & dry yet, like if Yarl said he reached out "and grabbed" the storm door.

No sure if intent to open the door will be enough, or the Judge would have dismissed the case.

I think the law says he would have to "use force". Intent is not force.

It's going to be very hard to get all 12 jurors to convict. It's most likely going to result in a hung jury & Lester will walk.
