Course there's nothing stopping illegals from registering for an H-2A work visa either.

Companies are not supposed to replace American workers with foreigners (note the word "replace"). IF they do however then by law, they are required to retrain the displaced workers for equal or better employment, but don't be surprised if the employer uses subterfuge (pretext) to prevent the workers from catching on to what's really going on, since there are statute of limitations involved and they have been know to try to run them out.

Edit:
The employer is also required by law to advies the workers who are being displaced of their rights under the TAA program. Failure to do so is a violation for which they can be fined and then they will still be required to provide you with retaining. Part of the retraining includes money paid to you on a weekly basis to help you survive while in training that is essentially equivalent to the weekly unemployment benefit of the state where you apply.

Companies brought in blacks because whites were making too much and blacks would work for "nothing", because the Dems allowed them to work AND get food stamps and welfare! So millions of whites were shit outta luck in jobs.

So the whites went to fast food, the retail industry, and warehouse work.

So the whites went into the medical fields. But with the blacks being kicked out of retail and fast food along with the whites........the blacks took over the lower medical fields because they would take less pay.

And then people like me, who still have some dignity and respect for ourselves.......breaking our backs doing whatever job we can in order to keep the basic bills paid and not have to live in the streets like what Obozo did to MILLIONS and MILLIONS of US citizens during his reign of Communism and traitorous actions.

Here's an ironic story. Black farm workers in Mississippi are suing Pitts Farms for replacing them with foreign workers here in the US on H-2A work visas.

Now wait just a damned minute......don't they want to get away from toiling in the fields? My wife was born in Alabama during the Great Depression. Her family worked in the fields from Sun up to Sun down every day...unless it started raining....then they couldn't work. That was the only time they were allowed to go to school. She got married when she was in her early teens to get away from that kind of life.

Now it appears that some blacks are upset that all of these foreigners are coming into the United States and taking their jobs.

"In interviews with the New York Times, black Americans said they had spent most of their lives earning a living as farm workers at Pitts Farms. The work is part of a long history wherein black Americans along the Mississippi Delta have spent grueling hours on farms doing intense physical labor.​

This week, for example, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that U.S. farms will be allowed to import foreign visa workers from six additional countries, including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Mauritius, and Saint Lucia.​

DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas justified the expansion as a way for U.S. farms to import more foreign visa workers when Americans “are not available” to do the work.​
