Birth Rates

But you are attacking those with ideas to try to fix it. As though you are supporting that "mess" now.

And attacking the ideas.
Im pointing out the facts. The reality of todays world. Theres no way to fix it.

Low wages is mostly due to lack of skills. High prices are like the weather. We always have it. Healthcare has NEVER been a concern for anyone I know. Maybe it is because most of the people I know were military or had a really good job because they had education and/or skills.

Healthcare is a huge issue for many people. Their premiums and deductibles are foing up more than their wages. Its going to become a huge voter issue.

That is dumb. On many levels.

You are now presenting the policies you support as "Facts" that cannot be changed.

When they clearly can. YOu are just talking shit to avoid serious or honest discussion of the issues.

Ok list the policies will fix this?

1. Lower immigration, A LOT, to empower American workers.

2. Use trade policy to protect American jobs.

3. End dei so that men are more able to compete for jobs and wages.

4. End useless fields of studies in universities, to reduce "adult daycare" jobs that funnel money to women for nothing.

5. Bar big money from investing in residential housing.

6. Stop celebrating single motherhood, or divorce.

For starters off the top of my head.

I have three.
One woman? Or more than that? (Not trying to be insulting or anything but people get divorced and have children by more than one woman....it's kinda common anymore)

Birth rates apply only to women.
Meaning that each woman needs to have 2.7 children for population stasis. Men? Not exactly statistically relevant for the count....but definitely important for the number of children born.

Most of the skills have been engineered out of the workplace. The engineered work tends to cost more but after rejects and errors are accounted for the engineered work costs less.

CIP is the common wire nut used in electrical connections.
Originally wires were twisted together then dipped in melted solder and when cooled trimmed and covered in electrical tape.

Wire nuts did away with the soldering of wires. Making the process streamlined and much more simple. Reduced injuries, costs, and errors.

Now we have electrical outlet and switch plug backsides .....meaning when need to change a switch or outlet you simply buy a new one and plug it in to specialized plugs wired into the wall. Kinda brainless just like Metal clad cable or Romex. No more conduit bending necessary. Skills no longer needed. Meaning a lower skill set required to perform a task which once required someone with a lot of skills. Lower pay....less skills....and upper management gets the money.
The manufacturers get a piece of the salary and upper management gets a piece of the money from the lower skillset employees.

These lower skill employees are viewed as more easily replaced....but with the high demand on low skill level employees the supply is gone.
Middle Tennessee is absolutely short on low skill labor. And it is causing issues in the labor supply market, housing costs, childcare and etc. But more importantly in the area of the focus of this thread which is procreation rates. They do not have enough children being born to replace the aging population. But those working still can't afford to live on the wages they earn.

How do you know this? Everyone I know is working if they want to do so. o

One woman, 42 years and going strong. That's the way it is supposed to be done.

I agree with your poi ts. However, what you have listed is but a very small fraction of what it will take. Its a small very little start. But it is not shift things. Not even close. But the ceos wish you well. Lol

That's not the issue. Yes of course they are working. But the jobs have been "dumbed down" and the pay has been dumbed down as well. Hence lower wages for lower skills in the workplace.

Now it's to the point that even if you work full time or even two jobs you might not be able to afford an apartment, car payment, insurance and daycare with two parents.

However, the largest demographic in the USA is the single parent family. And the debt load keeps climbing on young people.

Student loan debt is drowning them. The schools seem to raise costs on all sorts of fees, tuition, mandatory dorm occupancy, meal plans, tutoring...we never hear of a post-secondary school in financial difficulties. Especially with their endowments and investment portfolios that continue to fund "something".....not exactly sure what as most professors are not exactly making great salaries.

How is any of this a government problem and not a social problem?

I think you are being extremely hyperbolic, but you be you!

I don't see it.

Besides, what are you going to do about this problem that you claim exists?

It is already "shifting things" and as it continues the impact will just snowball.

Pay attention, don't let the legacy media distract you and be prepared to celebrate MAGA.

I hope youre right. Once prices start going down and supply chain workers wages go up nicely then i will celebrate. I will also celebrate when coffee prices come back down to normal.

Divorce is a very important facet if society. It needs to not be celebrated nor rallied against. Its vital to a healthy society.

Divorce is brutal to children. It is brutal for fathers.

Yep. I have 2 divorced sons. Lucky, no grandkids involved. Both were married for at least 10 years. My youngest, was married for 22 years. He was miserable. So much happier now that hes free of that woman.

I have some friends who got divorced. It was not good for any of them.

Understood. However, alot of marriages are just plain toxic and are bad for the couple. There needs to be a way out of being miserable every waking moment.
