They are wiping out over a century of anti discrimination laws to fit a narrative their handlers tell them they must defend at all costs.

The rule in regards to no discrimination allowed when individuals are “similarly situated” has been thrown out the window in theses cases.

The reason they want trans women access is their argument that a small group of biological men are “similarly situated” or close enough to a biological woman that they should be allowed access to areas specifically only for biological females.

If you follow this line of thinking, then you are discriminating against any biological male accessing these areas as they would have a valid claim that they are “similarly situated” to trans women.

Crazy how we fought for hundreds of years to come up with this standard, and we are letting the woke leftists destroy it.
