No one needed the Epstein files for proof of anything, regarding Trump. He was Epstein's best friend for over a decade.

Epstein was a Democrat all the way, meaning overwhelmingly all of the people around him, involved in the nasty or not - are/were Democrats, liberal celebs etc.
But TDS by the Democrats is all they can see. They wanted the files to be released - hoping beyond hope that Trump would be in them doing something bad.
In my opinion - the REAL files that we are VERY unlikely to see in our lifetimes - overwhelmingly will be those Democrats/liberals - and they will be damning. But no one in Washington is going to be willing to release them. Not even the Republicans.
Why?
1) It will be extraordinarily embarrassing for America. No doubt some of the top people all over the country are in those files. From a President of the United States, to Senators and state level leaders. From judges to many wealthy elites.
2) No one wants a "tit for tat war". If the REAL files were released, the left media will go into full retard blitz to go after all the dirt they can find on any Republican they can. If for no other reason to say "it isn't just Democrats!!".

The end result would be bloody awful. And none of them wants it.

I said it from get-go, unlikely. And I agree with you.
I am one who is not for releasing all the files, because it will harm innocent people. People who only knew Epstein through connections and elite fundraisers. In today's political landscape - there will be no distinction. Exactly how we see the left and Trump and the man. Every photo is an implied damnation. Every time his name is anywhere - "Child molester!!!!"

I am for the courts to be given total access to the files and they convict the guilty and leave the unguilty out of it.
