If you're trying to use lower court rulings as an example of Trump 'ignoring court rulings' get real. Due process and the appeal process allow for grievances from the lower courts to addressed up to and including the Supreme Court. Find a ruling from SCOTUS Trump ignored.
I can list a couple where Biden publicly defied SCOTUS.
