In less than 8 weeks he has slashed a double digit Northam lead, mostly on issue of Confederate statue removal (primarily Robert E. Lee’s) and MS-13 crime. Then Hispanic radical group ran an ad featuring a White male in a pickup truck with a Gillespie sticker and Confederate flag running down Muslim, Black, and Hispanic children. Northam is screwed. Trump supporters strongly support Gillespie, while liberals are mild about Northam. My crystal ball says Gillespie by 1.7%. Thanks in large part to fired-up Trump supporters at grassroots.
