will make a fuss.Because it deserves to be made a fuss over.
Our Strategic Oil Reserve is for Emergencies.Not to lessen { minimally }
rising gas prices due to utter Presidential incompetence.
I remember the debate during Katrina about gas prices.It's cause and' effect.
Most common folk had it entirely wrong.It wasn't due to Supply and Demand
as in Low Supply.It was on account the demand was Too High.
There was too much demand for affordable gas.
Bush 43 made the decision in 2005 after Katrina and it's devastating
effects on Gulf Refineries to release some our Stategic Petroleum Reserve.
Like around 11 Million barrels.Then 30 Million barrels.Obama also released
30 Million barrels with his incompetence in 2011 over the humongous
BP Oil spill disaster.
