Today, 07/24/2024 Biden gave a speech about his stepping down from the campaign. He gave no real reason just a bunch of word salad about saving Democracy, etc. He made no sense.....as usual.

So much bullshit, I've never watched a Biden speech and do not intend to start anytime soon. Same with Kamala, it's like Baghdad Bob times 2, and the deceit and dishonesty is just too hard to take.

That’s a pretty Ridiculous statement. I do flip around all networks including Fox though and I must say…. Fox has taken a huge turn towards the MAGA train and many of their programming has become laughable and stomach turning. CNN on the other hand took that turn to the left while Trump was prez but has reall came back to the middle over the past few years. They still do lean left but they have beefed up the Republican pundits on almost every show and engage in more balanced debates than any of the other networks.

I don't watch Fox News. They used to have this titanic line-up of Greta Van Susteren at 7, O'Reilly at 8, then Kelly at 9, then fired or lost them all for specious reasons, leaving Hannity at 10, which I find tiresome and predictable anyway. Tucker was pretty good but then I got out of satellite/cable TV altogether.

Frankly, I get all the great news I can take now for free over the air. There is Scripp's News Channel, RAV News, OAN News and Newsmax. Thanks to Kirk on RAV News, he pointed out that during Biden's speech, once you scraped away all the hogwash about ambition and democracy, Joe never actually said a single word about why he was stepping down! Not to mention the trampling of democracy by substituting another in his place at this late date by bending all the election rules to shoehorn Harris in while twisting democracy by disenfranchising the 14 million voters who already voted in the primaries to reelect Joe Biden who told everyone he was running for reelection but is now bowing out to help tilt the tables back towards the democrats just as they did in 2020 because Joe wasn't testing well in the polls.
