You can't blame a dude who's been in power for less than 4 years of implementing something that's A) not got much to do with the presidency and B) has been happening for a long while.

LOL, calm down. You didn't mention any of those other deductions. I was just commenting on the obvious miscalculation. Math is funny that way.Oh, sorry, that is what I make and I was using take home pay.
You dont know that health insurance comes out of a pay check? $1000 a month ($200 before ObamaCare).
You must be in a low pay no pay federal tax bracket, %24 so that $100k is closer to $75k.
Check my math? $75 / 12 = 6250
State income tax? That 75k becomes $65k
Social security? $55
Medicade? Unemployment? That come out to?
Yes, lets check my math. 55/12 = 4500
I guess you forgot to make a living and hence do not understand the cost of the governments we pay.
$100,000 does not buy a house that cost $400,000. Unless you are single without credit cards or a car payment
Please don't exaggerate. We have been doing it for fifteen years minus the car payment. Budgeting is apparently a lost art. You make it very difficult to present a logical argument -- and there are many, when you exaggerate.$100,000 does not buy a house that cost $400,000. I'll let my mortgage company know.Liar
100k does not buy a $400k house
I did not present an argument, I presented facts
There was no miscalculation, except on your part, when you failed to acknowledge we all pay taxes and social security.LOL, calm down. You didn't mention any of those other deductions. I was just commenting on the obvious miscalculation. Math is funny that way.
Why, you lied, I caught you and exposed youI'll let my mortgage company know.
This is from your post #17There was no miscalculation,
Wrong? And again I will remind you 100K/12=8333 with that information.
Oh, sorry, that is what I make and I was using take home pay.

Is that state and federal tax? I figured 24% federal and 10% state.Total tax on 100K for California residences is $28,022. Leaving you $71,978, or $6,000 a month. And that's before they nail you with local taxes, and 1% of the purchase price of the home, annually. The median price of a home in California is an eye popping $904,000, to live in that shithole. So fucking A, there's 9K for real estate tax, so now you got $5250 a month on a 100K job.
So let's say you have 20% down. Your mortgage without Tax and insurance is a WHOPPING $4,610. Leaving you virtually a big fat zero, but at least you own a house.
Biden has been in power 50 years! Not less than 4Not really Biden's legacy ...
... You can't blame a dude who's been in power for less than 4 years of implementing something that's A) not got much to do with the presidency and B) has been happening for a long while.
That is exactly what the word, median, means. There are plenty of homes available for under $402,343.
Mathematically, like 50% of them.
You made no mention of take home pay in your post #17. You claimed that 100K only produced ~4K per month. Simple math proves that 100K/12=8333. Let it go. I am trying to be kind to you.Nobody who makes 100k brings home 8.3k a month
I just did. That is exactly what the word, median, means.
Thanks for the telling everyone you did not understand what the word median, means
Can you explain why you think I misspoke?Mathematically, like 50% of them.
You cant dig yourself out of your hole. You had no understanding that everyone making a 100k does not bring a 100k home. That is gross, not net pay.You made no mention of take home pay in your post #17. You claimed that 100K only produced ~4K per month. Simple math proves that 100K/12=8333. Let it go. Listen you ignorant bi**h, Read your own posts. In post #17, your miscalculations said that your mortgage, tax and insurance would equal $2600/mo. Then you posted in YOUR post #31 that the mortgage amazingly grew to $3K/mo. Take another drink stupid. You can't keep your story straight 14 posts later. Now STFU and go to bed.You cant dig yourself out of your hole. You had no understanding that everyone making a 100k does not bring a 100k home. That is gross, not net pay.
Next time I will find a cartoon that explains things in simple terms for you.
First off, I am a man you are arguing with. Elektra is a record label not a movie, per my avatar. You assume without thinking.Listen you ignorant bi**h, Read your own posts. You didn't say a word about IN YOUR POCKET moron.100k does not equal 8k in your pocket, which is what you implied.
You also didn't specify a 400K loan. You claimed you couldn't purchase a $400K home. Do you realize that banks require a down payment? A $400K home would not be a $400K loan. BTW how much is the mortgage this post? $2600 or $3K?You never argued how much the mortgage is, on a 400k loan, but you lost your other point so like an idiot you try and find fault where there is none
