I'm sorry you hurt yourself. Alternate heat and cold on anything sore, or feels sprained. It's the best way to get blood flowing through it to heal.

My family had a saying that if the horse bucks you off the saddle, get back on and ride. I worked out twice today and skipped lunch. Only this time I used the Iron Works walking machine on level 1. It helped my shoulder cramp go away. It doesn't hurt as much if you fight back gently. I skipped the basketball court though. If you don't have a walking machine, a sidewalk works fine if you use comfortable walking shoes. If everyone walked 20 minutes a day the longevity rate would catapult.
