Just the thought of Trump walking his Shih Tzu in the Rose Garden makes me belly laugh..
He could get a golden retriever or a lab or a malamute or an irish wolfhound. But he isn't in to dogs, unfortunately.

He dislikes pets. Wealthy people don't need time for pets - they hire people for them. Better if he not have them.

I think it's great that Biden is adopting a dog, but let's be real here. The main reason he is adopting a dog is for the photo op in the hopes of maybe getting a bump from the dog lover block of voters.
If he is elected president, it will be Whitehouse staff that end up taking care of the dog. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

He already has a dog, Champ, a German Shepherd he got in 2008. This is the second. They've a long history of dogs.
