Biden’s FBI ordered Tennessee cops to release Kilmar Garcia after he was detained on suspicion of human trafficking, found to be driving without valid license in 2022

According to the Tennessee Star, Garcia was stopped on December 6, 2022, and the officer immediately discovered Abrego Garcia was transporting seven passengers from Texas to Maryland.

one of the passengers was on the terrorist watch list

On Wednesday, it was revealed that Abrego-Garcia was arrested on March 28, 2019, during a meeting with several high-level MS-13 members in Hyattsville, Maryland, despite repeated claims by Democrats that he had no gang affiliation. Garcia’s wife had petitioned for a domestic violence protective order against him in 2021.

Hillary is fanning the flames of far-left hate for Garcia.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Wednesday called on “Americans of conscience” to speak up against the deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Maryland man and Salvadoran native who was mistakenly sent to El Salvador’s notorious megaprison last month.

In a post Wednesday on social platform X, President Trump’s 2016 election opponent argued that what happened to Abrego Garcia could happen to anyone.

“Before the election, I warned that there is no safe haven under authoritarianism,” Clinton wrote. “If they can ship Kilmar Abrego Garcia to a foreign prison—accused of no crime, with no trial—they can do it to anyone.”

“Americans of conscience must stand against this now,” she added.

Thread up. :)

That's perfectly consistent with EVERYTHING we've seen from BIden's FBI. Thank God we now have patriot Kash Patel and not the traitor Chris Wray.

Report I saw claimed it was DHS. That would be Mayorkas call.
The actual HSI report made no mention of homeland security telling the Tennessee Trooper to let him go?

Wrong.
It is not illegal to transport workers from Texas to Maryland, and he had a driver's license, but is was a month expired.
Nothing remotely criminal.

While Kilmar was arrested in 2019, it had nothing to do with gangs at all, and was in a Home Depot parking lot. The result of that arrest was the protection order that legally prevented him from every being deported legally.

{...
Kilmar Abrego-Garcia was arrested on March 28, 2019, in Hyattsville, Maryland, while loitering in a parking lot of a Home Depot. He was approached by police, who recognized him as a member of the MS-13 gang based on his attire and tattoos.
...}

Seriously. Under what authority does the FBI have to tell state police how to handle a state criminal?

States have ZERO authority over immigration issues, and since his license was just slightly expired, they had no ground to even give him a ticket.
Kilmar was NOT a "state criminal" in any way.

I notice you call the guy by his first name... you wanna have his baby now too?
When Tennessee caught Garcia:
  • He had been speeding twice the speed limit.
  • He was driving with an expired license.
  • He was driving with an illegal car illegally modified with a forth seat added to carry an illegal 8 people in a car only designed to hold six at best.
  • And the rear windows were illegally blacked out so that outsiders couldn't look in to see the difference.
  • Add to that the car belonged to an already suspected human trafficker.
Dude was guilty as sin. On any given day had you or I been stopped with all of that, it would have been off to the hoosegow with us.

The actual HSI report made no mention of homeland security telling the Tennessee Trooper to let him go?

The officers ultimately issued no speeding ticket and allowed Abrego Garcia to drive on with just a warning about an expired driver's license, according to a report about the stop released last month by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The Tennessee Highway Patrol, in a statement last month, said troopers had contacted federal authorities before making that decision.

"The Tennessee Highway Patrol can confirm a 2022 traffic stop of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, who was stopped for speeding on I-40," a Tennessee Highway Patrol spokesperson said. "Per standard protocol, the THP contacted federal law enforcement authorities with the Biden-era FBI -- the agency of jurisdiction -- who made the decision not to detain him."

The report from DHS said they got the automatically generated report via computer on the 5th but didn't read it till the 10th or 11th....so days went by before a human read it, is what the actual report, implies.
