I, too, am curious to hear from the doctor regarding Uncle Joe's mental fitness during his Presidency.

There may be a way to compel the doctor's testimony or, failing that, there may be a way to subpoena the medical records.

There may also be a way to compel related testimony from various White House staff that served Biden in various capacities.

Inquiring Minds want to know. ...and it is in the best interests of The Republic and The People to obtain that information.

Allowing Congress to fashion legislation to prevent any lapse-in-mental-health from going unreported ever again.

And allowing the Executive to evaluate various EOs and Pardons issued by Uncle Joe in the waning days of his Term.

NOW Biden is a private citizen----the doc is not FREE to gossip about his cognition---of course if a question re; this or that ruling and decision arises----it would take a court order for records

The health of the President supersedes doctor/patient privilege.

If he was provided any sort of cover from that privilege he wouldn't have to plead the 5th.
