...and then reopen it according to which businesses are "good" and which are "bad." This was previously done with the sub-prime lending fiasco and Obamacare. In these instances, banks and insurance companies had to show they were "socially aware" before they were allowed to expand their businesses. All part of the plan to remake America into a secular theocracy.
