This is an interesting development.

trump won't have the last say on what documents are released to the Jan 6th committee.

Biden can override trump. trump can take Biden to court but executive privilege is for current presidents. Not former ones.

It will be interesting to see how this all works out.

So you're saying the demented retard has no problem weakening the office of the president. Got it.

.

They are always trying to take the heat off of them selves by deflecting. Keep the focus elsewhere in hopes we forget about the border, tax evasion, Hunter Biden, excessive tax bills being pushed, inflation, attacks on our civil liberties, attack on religion, etc.

I can see the political theater, but doubt the legal theater.

Guess they think that 1/6 will deflect from his total idiocy on our border and the Stan fiasco.

Don't think so. Hell the FBI has already said it wasn't a planned anything.

Same here.

We as a nation need to know the truth.
When you suspect it will reflect badly on Trump...despite what the FBI already said on the matter.

Otherwise it's just more dust thrown up in the air as the Southern border implodes and our people trapped
in Afghanistan are held hostage there.

What a desperate attempt to change the subject.

I think "leans towards" is a pretty big understatement.

Probably THE MOST inept administration in history..... (Biden)

Yeah, they could never win on their own merits and instead must rely on continue fooling their sheeple fools into hatred...... so they start the attacks early

As predictable as sin.

Notice how you had to add "Biden" in parentheses. No on believes the Biden Administration to be the most "inept" in history. In 8 months, he's already done more than Trump did in four years, which has gone a long way to cleaning up Trump's mess.

Getting everyone vaccinated and getting a grip on the virus is proving difficult. Trump and the Republicans have completely poisoned Republicans against the vaccine, and convinced them the pandemic is a hoax.

If you believe the Arizona election was rigged what about the others on the ballot? Will they be thrown out as well?

My God, you're such a liar. Americans are not being held hostage in Afghanistan.

"In response to the House panel’s request, the National Archives has already identified hundreds of pages of documents from the Trump White House relevant to its inquiry.

"As required by statute, the material is being turned over to the Biden White House and to Trump’s lawyers for review.

"The committee’s Aug. 25 letter to the National Archives was both sweeping and detailed, asking for 'all documents and communications within the White House on January 6, 2021, relating in any way' to the events of that day.

"They include examining whether the White House or Trump allies worked to delay or halt the counting of electoral votes and whether there was discussion of impeding the peaceful transfer of power."

With mid-terms 13 months away, any proof of Trump's complicity with the events of January 6th may have a significant effect on how many ballots are cast and which party benefits?
