Bad thing that they even had to resume. The Biden administration should have pulled those civilians out long before the withdrawal. If he can mandate that everyone get a vaccine, why couldn't he mandate that everyone GTFO of a country that was going to collapse?

It is my understanding the State Dept had been telling people for more than 6 months to leave. The whole world knew he was getting ready to pull the troops out.
