Biden Quote: No One And I Mean NO ONE Is Above The Law

He'll go to Congress and testify. And what? If he's corrupt you think the pardon is some magic spell that compels him to go to Congress and tell the truth? :dunno:
Now he can go up there and testify under oath that he shot a guy on 5th avenue thanks to Tater.

Or Trump can do it thanks to Republicans on the Supreme Court. I don't care who is for qualified immunity or immunity for any elected officials or pardons based on political whim, I'm against all of them. What are you against? :dunno:

The 11 year time-span starting back when Hunter was hired by Burisma is pretty telling. Joe is not just protecting Hunter from treason, but protecting himself as well. They don’t want an investigation into that whole situation, which to any outside, non-partisan, reeks of impropriety.
He has protected HIS son from further attacks by trump. Vengeance is mine , sayeth the Lord.

Now he can go up there and testify under oath that he shot a guy on 5th avenue thanks to Tater.
No trump already said that and you guys would let him get away with it just like everything else.

What a bunch of liberal deflection again Hunter actually broke the law and was tried impartially

So you complain about deflection...while you don't address even a single word of what you've quoted.

Hunter broke the law, plead guilty to the charges and recieved a pardon - all by the letter of the law.

It's Joe Biden's act of issuing that pardon that stinks of self-serving corruption, and should be reasonably held to account. But if you are looking to the justice department to hold him criminally accountable then you are barking up the wrong tree - the conservative SCOTUS has completely nuetered DOJ form being able to investigate ANY act that falls within presidential powers.

President Joe Biden's decision to pardon his son, Hunter Biden, has sparked criticism from both Republicans and some Democrats. Democratic Colorado Governor Jared Polis expressed his disapproval, stating that Biden's pardon would tarnish his reputation by putting family before the country. Polis, along with Senator Michael Bennet and Representatives Greg Landsman and Greg Stanton, criticized the president's decision, highlighting the importance of upholding the law and public trust in the justice system.

Hunter Biden faced legal troubles related to gun and tax charges, leading to potential prison time. Despite Biden's previous statements that he would not pardon his son, he announced the pardon on Sunday evening, citing personal reasons.

While most Democrats refrained from commenting on the pardon, those who did, criticized the president for prioritizing personal interests over duty.

And I hope it does.

I hope it grows into a monster big enough to get Trumptards to finally start signing up for some sort of bi-partisan support for establishing common sense limits on presidential powers to curb the newfound appetite for self-serving corruption like this.

Good idea , especially because trump will be president very soon and it will be needed more than ever.

The flip side of that is now HB doesn't have the 5th Amendment to protect him if he's hauled in to testify about things he saw his dad do. I wonder how aggressive the DOJ is going to be?
That has been discussed too by some impressive legal minds the past few days. Now when they call Hunter to testify he can be charged with perjury if he lies. If he doesn't answer he will be in contempt of Congress. If he lies he commits perjury.

I really don't want to hear another Democrat lefty jabber about Trump being "above the law." The Party of hypocrites have proven, once again, that they are professional liars and that they truly believe that they ARE above the law. Never forget Clinton's busted cell phone and bleached computer. She obstructed justice and got away without so much as a slap on the wrist.

Mark Dice does a great job exposing the hypocrisy and lies in this video montage:

Biden's pardon was legal, so quit whining.

The entire Burisma thing stinks to high heavens and you know it.
No I don't , Burisma was a private matter not a public one , so it's affect on our government is insignificant in any case. Liken this to trump's son inlaws involvement worth billions in Saudi Arabian. That deserves the utmost investigation. Especially because trump has access to all those current secret documents and who knows what he did or did not do with them.

Republicans do that shit all the time. Why should Biden bust his ass doing what's right when he is the only one doing it?
And you lamebrains complain about Trump and the Republican NO MATTER WHAT they do. So, as of yesterday, I don't want to hear another peep from you. Zip the lip and get back into that basement. Trump is your President now. Live with it and love it.

Link us up the official duty of the President that involves shooting someone on 5th street, moron.
