Maybe the Democrat party should have pushed to have serious primary challenger to Biden. If they had maybe they wouldn’t be in the spot they are now in.
 
Breaking: 25 Democrats in the House draft letter urging Biden to drop out of the race. Dem members of congress, fearing Biden will drag them down with his sinking ship tell Biden to walk the plank.

The exit plan would put the party in the best position to beat Trump but also be respectful of Biden's five decades of holding public office, the unidentified people said. It would need to be on Biden's own timing and with a calculated plan in place.

He will have to prove it to a jury of 12 and half of them will be Biden supporters. So you better have the evidence. Not like what Trump and Rudy took to court to try and steal 2020.

What makes you think that half will be democrats? We can do the exact same thing you guys did and find an extremely unfavorable district to charge him in.

The money paper trail of the Biden families crimes likely goes through multiple US states. You know how this stuff goes, every email, letter, receipt, record keeping entry, etc can be counted as an individual crime. They will have options for charges and states to charge them in.
