Hamas does what the native people want, so the Palestinians control Hamas.
Hamas supports the people, not the people support Hamas.

Hamas is not out for itself because historically Mossad has murdered all past Hamas leaders.
So current ones know they eventually will be murdered as well.
So they can't be acting for their own interests.
