*Biden Moves, Ashli Babbit Case To DC; For A Judge His Has In Back Pocket!*

Asshole cop killer who murdered Ashli hid back of the doors. He should have been shot to death.

Complete lie.

The truth is 4 heavily armed cops came up the stairs (1:20). Two of them escorted the other three cops (1:50), who were previously standing in front of the doors, down the stairs. A third one of the four was near a landing down the stairs (1:52). That left one other cop near the top of the stairs. The fourth of the heavily armed cops was near the top of the stairs. He was talking with a guy in a suit and a mask (1:53). Neither of whom were even looking at the doors when Benedict Babbitt was shot (1:54).

These are the things that happen when you violently invade the seat of government, start hunting down lawmakers and try to pass through the last barricade to one of the the lawmaking chambers where members are.

A cop who was proven to be irresponsible long before 1/6 shot AN UNARMED WOMAN.

Benedict Donald is practically and morally responsible for the events of the day, including her death at the hands of an officer who was defending the lawmakers in the Capitol.

BS, he could not defend from those masses using that shitty gun. It was good enough to execute women though.

Procrustes Stretched
She was upstairs at a large heavy Secured Double door with small windows , she was with a handful of aggressive Protestors and there was one Cop by the door , he moved aside and the group attempted to push the door open, it did not give so one of them broke the small window on one of the doors . Byrd shot her through the Window just as Cops swarmed up the Stairs and the small group around her became Pacified . At no time were any Folks on the other side of the door in danger
That is exactly what happened. A video of the shooting was posted on Facebook right after it happened.

The guard should never have been armed. He was in trouble for recklessly discharging a firearm in his own neighborhood.

The Judge penned a note to a law clerk today:

"Death by stupidity. Sad, but there it is."

The

the Double Door was blocked on the inside and the Las Vegas Raiders defensive line could not have pushed it all the way open , that is why one of the protestors broke the small window that Byrd shot her through
What does a locked door signify to you?

And you're stating that the "reason" they broke the window out was because they couldn't access the area on the other side of the door any other way because the door was locked?!?

Not going to argue too much over this. I don't see Ashley as any different than George Floyd in this situation; And I do think George Floyd got what he deserved frankly.
You think that George Floyd "deserved" to be murdered for suspicion of passing a counterfeit $20 dollar bill? The punishment for a conviction of this crime which is a gross misdemeanor is up to a year in jail and possible fine of up to $3,000.

Minnesota abolished its death penalty in 1911.

But you think police officers should have the lawful right to summarily execute people on the streets for what is little more than a petty crime?

The person that shot her was not in uniform and did not give her a warning.
Either of which are a requirement for what happened but I'm curious. What statute have you seen that says that "fair warning" must be given and that the only law enforcement officers who can use their firearms have to be in uniform.

I used to always operate under the thought that if I am trespassing on someone else's property that being shot is a possible outcome - legal or not and kind of besides the point once you're dead from having been shot for trespassing.

The biggest tragedy was that Ashli Babbitt was not that intelligent. She believed in all kinds of wild conspiracies and was easy for Trump to exploit
I'm not sure how intelligent she was but someone who worked in the position that she did while in the military should have known better to do anything that could be perceived as a "threat" to our congressional members:

According to ABC News, Babbitt served a total of 12 years in the Air Force, Air Force Reserves and Air National Guard as a security forces controller and had the enlisted rank of senior airman. Security force controllers are responsible for providing security at Air Force bases, according to military records.
The New York Times reports she was assigned to a unit based near Washington that is known as the “Capital Guardians” as their primary missions was defending the city. In what the Air Force calls “civil disturbance missions”, security forces in the squadron regularly train with riot shields and clubs, the report explains. As per an Air Force spokeswoman, she was deployed twice more, to the United Arab Emirates in 2012 and 2014.

She was unfortunately struggling with some things in her life when she made that fateful decision to travel to DC at the bequest of Trump..

What did Ashli Babbitt do in Air Force? Early life, crimes and loans of woman shot dead during Capitol riots

Then why didn’t the thousand of cops all across the nation who were in danger from violent rioters shoot any of them? They were in far more danger than Byrd was.
Because the Black Lives Matter protests and marches were not mobs and in fact were 1st amendment protected activity which the government is not allowed to interfere with.

The storming of the U.S. Capitol was carried out by a violent mob whose intent, at least in part, was to instill fear in our government leaders and congressional members while attempting to prevent the 2020 election results from being certified. Neither of these activities are protected by the U.S. Constitution.

Liar.

Byrd did not shoot her through the window. The window wasn't even there as Jones had already dislodged the window from its frame. Ashes then climbed up and was entering the Speaker's Lobby when she was shot in the shoulder that emerged on Byrd's side of the door.
