Appears that the DNC hasn't nominated Biden in time to get on the Ohio ballot, so he's been removed, and the Ohio state legislation has adjourned.
So it's too late to get him registered.
/——/ That won’t stop them.

/——-/ Won’t matter. The Electors still get their votes counted.Given the Democrat propensity to find ways around the law, they'll probably fix the glitch. If they don't, that's too funny,
Ultimately if he stays off the ballot it may not make any difference except in the overall popular vote. In late April, Five Thirty Eight had Biden down 10 points against Trump in Ohio.
What I'm reading here is it doesn't make one iota of difference whether he missed the deadline or he is going to miss the deadline in the application of your opinion.
Ergo, it is a distinction without a difference.
Sure. Just like the LOTUS didn't have to raise an insurrection. They didn't have to schedule their convention so close to the election.I suppose the Colorado ruling that a state can't affect a federal election to that extent will now be revisited.
They can only blame themselves for that.
There were I think six faithless electors in the 2016 election. I think I checked that out once and like 33 states have laws making faithless electors illegal and punishable and SCOTUS held up those laws 9 to 0. I think Ohio is one of the 17 states that have no such laws. Not positive about that as I working from memory here./——-/ Won’t matter. The Electors still get their votes counted.

Whoops. Typo. Edited to fix it. 9 to 0. Good catch.9 to 1, huh? Who was the 10th?
Has Trump been charged with insurrection?Sure. Just like the LOTUS didn't have to raise an insurrection.
Show me when? For the same reason they've done it in the past.
What case law? They don't have to. A judge will take care of that for them based on precedent.

Now I'm sorry I was polite to you. Live and learn.Typo?? A typo is a typographical error. Such as hitting the wrong key. You have a keyboard where the '1' is next to the '0'?
That wasn't a Typo, it was your usual brain fart.
So the legislature has to, not a judge.Based on Ohio's legislature waiving that law in the past and the 14th Amendment.

If you think that's what you learned that is probably why you get so many things so very wrong. Have a pleasant day. What I learned was you thought there are 10 justices on the U.S. Supreme Court.
Yes laws, not change them by extending them…Nope, judges are allowed to rule on laws. Especially when execution of such laws violate the U.S. Constitution.
About the time you dipshits started trying to kick my candidate off the ballot.Of course it doesn't matter. Just like it didn't matter in the past. The better question is why does it matter to you now when you never bitched about it before?
