Medical experts interviewed by AFP said the late identification of an advanced cancer would not be unheard of, even for a former president receiving top-of-the-line medical care.

"We can't rule out the possibility that it was an aggressive form that developed quickly," said Natacha Naoun, an oncologist with France's Gustave-Roussy Institute.

"Maybe it was just unlucky that his particular cancer didn't express a lot of PSA and he still had a normal PSA. In that setting, you would not go checking the prostate or do a biopsy, etcetera, unless it was driven by symptoms."

Otis Brawley, an oncologist and epidemiologist at Johns Hopkins University, said studies have shown both PSA testing and rectal exams are imperfect.

"We can't rule out the possibility that it was an aggressive form that developed quickly," said Natacha Naoun, an oncologist with France's Gustave-Roussy Institute.

We can't rule out that he knew he had it for 10 years or more.

He always misstates when I’ve sad to give the (erroneous) impression that I’m racist. My objection is that limiting oneself to hiring black women specifically because they are black women, despite their lack of qualifications, is racist.

I'm disgusted and appalled at idiots who, after all that Biden has done are calling for sympathy and moderation for the guy! A guy with no intent to pull back on his assault of all that is normal and decent. Maybe these people don't realize the level of scrutiny and healthcare a president receives, the best in the world, and that stage 4 prostrate cancer doesn't just "pop up" and surprise people out of the blue, so, Biden had to have known for years he had cancer there.

All that leaves is this: Biden ran for reelection knowing that he had cancer, knowing that he'd never outlive it in time to make another term, so had to have fully intended to get reelected, even if it meant destroying Trump or having him offed in the process to do so, to get back another term, then a few months in, now, announce the surprise that he had cancer so he could drop out leaving Harris as president.

There is no other possible answer. Democrats knew it was the only way to ever get a total idiot like Harris into office as she had never even won a primary (in fact, she was the first to drop out of the Primaries in 2019).

Biden gets not even an inkling of sympathy from me for nothing.
