Bet ya classified information is sitting in lots of places it shouldn't be.... Hillary, biden, Powell, and who knows who else? GW bush? Obama? Cheney? Be interesting to search their homes and see what is found...

Trump on the other hand, is claiming all of the 160 plus classified documents are HIS and NOT the government's...and Trump ordered or packed up the classified documents himself, and at Mara Lago, he moved them around so the FBI could not find or retrieve them....and he refused to return them, when our govt asked for them back....from the very get go of when he left office.

Not all classified documents are at SCIF level secrecy. Only the top of top secret level classification, compartmental secrets, is viewed and protected, in a SCIF.

Was there top secret/sci documents found?

Biden was on the senate intelligence committee, for decades.... from the committee's inception, he did have access to classified intelligence.... Doubtful he had classified SCI documents from his time as Senator on the intelligence committee at his home....

Doubtful he didn't extort Ukraine to get the investigation ended and the prosecutor fired . Doubtful he got 10% ? ( big guy) Doubtful he and hunter didn't get paid by China after that trip on airforce 2..?. get real .

It does not matter if Joe Biden 'inadvertently' took TS/SCI material or took highly classified information for nefarious resons.

It does not matter, like Hillary, if he was too stupid to know he was committing crimes.

With classified material reportedly found from all the way back to his time as a SENATOR, the fact is Joe Biden has, by the definition / wording of the law, violated the Espionage Act.

The only thing you have proven is that you are brain damaged. It is called the espionage act for a reason. Neither Clinton or Biden committed any act of espionage. Inadvertently taking them does not violate the espionage act. You need to quit listening to right wing propaganda organizations.

The feds overclassify everything because they think every word that comes forth from them is like the word of God. That's our "ruling class".

I knew that when Trump was investigated and I know it now. HOWEVER, I'm thoroughly enjoying the same dancing baboons who told us it was a BIG BIG DEAL when Trump had classified docs, that he had the ability to declassify, now shrug about Biden's OBVIOUS misdeeds, even when he was a senator.

I knew early on in the Biden presidency that God would have the last word---that the "win" for the corrupt, godless, crooked Dems would be anything but.

Watching it play out is really something else.

Trump took documents that he knew were classified. He defied a subpoena to turn it over. Trump's case is completely different from Biden's or Pence's.

It seems part of the problem is too many people - to especially include politicians - have come to believie if THEY tjink a law is 'silly' / 'stupid' or tbat it is 'no big deal' / 'no harm no foul' to BREAK A LAW tben it is ok to do so.

This has GOT to stop, especially with the mishandling of classified / the Espionage Act.

FEELINGS have nothing to do with the LAW or whether you believe you should obey it or not.

The fact is that people are charged with espionage under certain circumstances. Mishandling documents is not a criminal offense.

Because Trump WILLINGLY took the classified documents KNOWING they were classified. He claimed they were declassified. Trump then DEFIED a federal subpoena by not turning over the documents.

Biden's intent was to illegally remove TS/SCI documents from the SCIF. He successfully did that.
