Here's the real problem. While we have been saddling our kids with lifetimes of College Debt to get Business Administration degrees to work entry level corporate jobs, the Chinese, bless their souls, are graduating scientists and engineers. While the US graduates only 70,000 new Engineers a year, China is graduating 600,000.

Now, you show a bunch of Chinese Engineers a 50 year old design like the Nimitz Class, they are going to figure out how to replicate that.

Of course, that works on the assumption the Chinese are our enemy, which they most certainly are not. They are just someone we blame for our own failings.

I've worked in my job now for 45 years. I went to a trade school. Trade schools are still out there for children to attend. It's dumbfks like you who think a degree makes one smarter than another.
