You've got to believe that the poll numbers are much worse when NBC reports numbers like 40% for Joey Xi.
During the August/Sept Afghanistan debacle Joey's numbers tumbled into the 30 percentiles. Joey's handling of the Russian attack on the Ukraine and his handling of the economy have only added to his disapproval by the average American of all stripes.
