Thank you. Individual citizens were never suggested to have a right to rebel. States were empowered with militias, and the fed govt's power to compel states was limited. And in 1860, the federal govt did not make any move to alter slavery within an established state.You are, as usual, wrong. Here, let the dudes who wrote the CONSTITUTION spell it out for you...
