Every 4 years the Democrats pretend to still be the Party of the working class even though that Democratic Party died 50 years ago. Empty promises, and bottom up economics have never worked and never will work. Create a better business climate and tax policies for small businesses so they can afford to pay workers more. You can't just mandate 15 bucks/hour that will close many small businesses and create more unemployment.

Oh give me a break. The corporations aren't going to pay more when they make more. Not without unions. We already know this. From 1978 to now CEO pay went up 1322%. Your pay only went up 18%. Wake the fuck up.

If inflation outpaces $15 then the government should raise the minimum wage again. Each time inflation happens. That'll stop inflation from happening. The corporations who raise their prices won't do it because they'll know what will come next.
COLA. Min wage should be tied to inflation. If inflation goes down, minimum wage goes down too.

From what I see, a little over half of small businesses pay 15 an hour. That leaves around 15 million small businesses that don't pay 15 an hour.

That means wages are as high as their going to get. Right now we have 10 million unfilled jobs. A lot of them are fast food. But they refuse to pay any more than they do now. Even if they need the help, they won't pay more than $15.

If any company can get away with paying less than $15, that's the employees fault. They should know they could go find a better job but maybe they like where they work even if it only pays $11 hr.
And in this great economy, you can't complain that you are only making $10.33 an hour. Go get a better job.

I told you guys when the unions got raises, all you right to work bitches would start to complain and unions will bring your wages up too. It's already happened if half of small business are paying $15 and we have 10 million unfilled jobs.
Last thing. Did you know that the Feds put a cap on rising wages? When wages got too high, they raised interest rates to cool down the hot economy. If they had to they would have done it again but it looks like Biden has MAGA
